When you complete the audit form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and your answers about your business — industry, location, revenue range, team size, tools, lead sources, bottlenecks, AI usage and goals, urgency, and budget readiness.

We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We use the information you submit to:

• Generate your AI Opportunity Audit report;
• Analyze your public website, if you provide one, as part of the audit;
• Contact you about your audit and related services — only with the consent you give on the form;
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

To deliver the audit we use third-party processors: cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers that process your submitted business information to generate the report, and our customer relationship management (CRM) system used for follow-up and scheduling. These providers process data on our behalf to provide the service.

We keep audit submissions and generated reports for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
