These terms govern your use of audit.jacobryanai.com and the AI Opportunity Audit (the “Service”), operated by Jacob Ryan AI. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

The Service generates an informational report about potential AI opportunities in your business, based on the information you provide and, where applicable, your public website. The free audit is provided as-is, without charge, and does not create a consulting engagement, guarantee of results, or client relationship.

The report is general business information generated in part by AI systems. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and it may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for evaluating any decision you make based on it. Estimates of impact, savings, or revenue are illustrative, not promises.

You agree to submit only information you have the right to share, and to provide accurate contact details. You must not use the Service to submit unlawful content, probe or disrupt the Service, or submit automated or bulk requests. We may refuse, rate-limit, or remove submissions at our discretion.

The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Jacob Ryan AI. Your report is yours to use for your business. You may not resell the Service or misrepresent its output as your own diagnostic product.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACOB RYAN AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE FREE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for misuse.
